Ingredients to Make This Chia Pudding
Chia Seed Layer
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oat milk or any milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla
Yogurt Layer
- 7 tbsp yogurt (dairy-free, if desired)
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
Optional Toppings
- Granola
- Fresh Raspberries
Directions
- Stir together chia seeds, milk, and agave syrup. Let this sit for 5 minutes, then give it another good stir—place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. If you like it less thick, slowly add a bit more milk.
- While the chia pudding is in the fridge, combine yogurt and raspberries in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash the raspberries to combine with the yogurt. Mix well until yogurt turns a pink color.
- Using 2 glass jars, evenly distribute your chia pudding mixture into the bottom of the jars. Next, add your raspberry yogurt mixture to both jars. Top with granola of your choice and any additional raspberries. Cover with a lid and place into the fridge.
Storage: You may store these in the fridge for up to 3 days providing fresh berries were used.
