Savor the creamy sweetness of vanilla combined with the tangy burst of fresh raspberries and the satisfying crunch of chia seeds in every spoonful of this delectable raspberry chia pudding.
Stir together chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and agave syrup. Let this sit for 5 minutes, then give it another good stir. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight. If you like it less thick, slowly add a bit more milk.
3 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup oat milk, ½ tsp agave, 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla
While the chia pudding is in the fridge, combine yogurt and raspberries together in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash the raspberries to combine with the yogurt. Mix well until yogurt turns a pink color.
7 tbsp yogurt, ¾ cup fresh raspberries
Using 2 glass jars, evenly distribute your chia pudding mixture into the bottom of the jars. Next, add your raspberry yogurt mixture to both jars. Top with granola of your choice and any additional raspberries. Cover with a lid and place into the fridge.
