Christmas Popcorn Balls
This Christmas popcorn balls recipe is made with popcorn, butter, mini marshmallows, alcohol-free vanilla, red and green M&Ms, and red and green sprinkles. No baking is required for these popcorn balls; they are the perfect activity for kids, a great gift, and fantastic for holiday bake sales.

Cellophane bags with ties or ribbons
- 8-9 cups popcorn (Popped/Not Kernels)
- ½ cup butter one stick (dairy-free will work)
- 1 bag mini-marshmallows or equal parts regular marshmallows
- ¾ tsp alcohol-free vanilla flavor
- 1 cup red and green M&Ms
- 1 cup red and green sprinkles
Make popcorn: Prepare your popcorn using your method of choice (store-bought bag, air-popper, stovetop, microwave, etc.). Then, add popcorn to a large bowl and set aside.

Melt butter: On the stovetop, melt butter using medium-low heat.

Add marshmallows and vanilla: Pour the alcohol-free vanilla flavor and the marshmallows into the pan and continue to stir while everything melts.

Pour over popcorn: Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it over the popcorn.
Add candy and sprinkles: Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add the M&Ms and sprinkles. Stir well using a rubber spatula.

Form the popcorn balls: Form the popcorn into balls. Add them to the bags when they have reached room temperature, and ENJOY!
