Really good vanilla. I use to make vanilla milkshakes, but also for cooking/baking (yeah, I did the banana bread thing during pandemic!). So much better than the stuff my mom used to use from supermarket! Highly recommended. (Disclosure: vanilla is my favorite flavor, so super picky.)

When I found out that I have corn allergies, my world was turned upside down. It seems that most things are contaminated by corn in some form. Most vanilla extract is filled with corn alcohol. Even a lot of the “alcohol-free” varieties still contain a small amount of corn alcohol. After much research I was able to find this corn-free brand of vanilla. I love that it is also alcohol free. I can now add it to my gluten-free corn-free pancake or waffles or muffins that I ocassionally make and it adds a nice flavor.
